The following trainings are required in state or federal law for all school staff. Specific requirements are described below. Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect. Required of every school employee. Training frequency: within the first six months of employment, then every five years. Statutory Authority: Wis. Stat. sec. 118.07(5).
Mandatory Reporting of Threats of School Violence (Act 143). Required of every school employee. Training frequency: within the first six months of employment, then every five years. Statutory Authority: Wis. Stat. sec. 118.07(5).
After completing the trainings, please email a confirmation of completion to: lhaza@poynette.k12.wi.us We also recommend that you keep a copy of your completion confirmation for your records.
