Please remember that your claim form (with your provider's signature) needs to be submitted before you can receive your dependent care dollars from your payroll deduction. Claim forms can be scanned and emailed, faxed, or mailed to EBC (information is on form). It takes EBC 3-5 days to process the dependent care claims before they can reimburse you for the costs. EBC can only reimburse up to the maximum in your account. Your account will be credited each payroll date with your payroll deduction.
