8th Grade Leadership - Offered to 8th grade students at the Middle School
Eighth grade students have the chance to develop their leadership skills by taking the elective Leadership class during the school day. In this class, students learn about different types of leadership styles and work through a leadership curriculum that is based on the 'Essential Eight' words it takes to be a successful leader. In addition, these students are in charge of assemblies and a plethora of other responsibilities in the Middle School. They also attend a Leadership Retreat in September and have a college tour toward the end of the school year.
