Middle School Forensics is a club where we develop skills in public speaking and have competitions where students perform their piece for a judge. Forensics is a lot of fun and there is a lot more that you can do beyond just giving a speech! There are many categories to choose from and there are options to work with a partner or a group. Forensics has been open to grades 6-8 in the past, but more information will come about the possibility of expanding to include 5th grade in the future.
In a typical year, we have two forensics meets with area schools. Students perform the same piece at both meets and aim to see growth or improvement at the 2nd meet.
