The School District of Poynette celebrates our outstanding alumni, athletes, coaches, school staff and community supporters through our Poynette Schools Hall of Fame. Each year, starting in the Fall, a committee will review nominations to induct both athletic recipients and alumni/special school contributors.
Our Hall of Fame recognizes individuals for their:
- Career achievements after graduation from Poynette High School
- Exceptional success as a student-athlete while at Poynette High School and/or continuing into their post high school career
- Exceptional success as a fine arts contributor in areas of writing, artist, music, or theater
- Excellence as a staff member within the School District of Poynette
- Distinguished service to the school district as a community member
- To select our Hall of Fame inductees, these criteria will be considered:

- PHS alumni that graduated at least 5 years ago
- Attended PHS for at least 3 years
- Distinguished athletic or artistic accomplishments including: all-conference, all-area, all-state
- Distinguished collegiate or professional careers
- Exudes outstanding character, sportsmanship and leadership skills
|
- Served as a staff member for at least 10 years, and is no longer in a teaching/coaching position
- Distinguished coaching career
- Impactful teaching, administrative, or support staff career
- Exudes outstanding character and leadership skills
|
- An individual who made an extraordinary impact in the lives of Poynette students
- Any Poynette High School Alumni who has gone on to have an impactful, distinguished career in their profession or service to their community locally or nationally

To make a nomination, please fill out the nomination form with as much information as possible. This will greatly assist the selection committee. Any additional information such as articles or letters of recommendation may be emailed to the Program Coordinator, listed below.
