Getting Started with Your Portal Set Up

Watch this Infinite Campus Support video to help you create your username and password to access the portal. 

Forgot Your Password?

Go to the portal website and Click on the "help button", then click on "forgot your password" and the system will walk you through setting up a new password. 

Is Your Account Disabled?

Portal accounts automatically disable if your family does not have an active student currently enrolled. If this is your issue, email webmaster@poynette.k12.wi.us and your account can be reactivated for you.

Still having trouble? Start by checking the Infinte Campus Help Center to work through your access issue. In the event a user is still experiencing technical difficulties related to accessing the Infinite Campus portal, please contact, email webmaster@poynette.k12.wi.us.
