Welcome to the Educational Excellence Program Plan.  Complying with the state standards, the following document describes the plan that we follow for identification and programming.

Advanced Learner Program Plan

Click on the link below and fill out the form to start the referral process for your child.  Submit forms to Mary Kennedy, Educational Excellence Coordinator.  Also fill out and return the form for permission to assess your child.  Once evaluations are complete, you will be contacted by Mary Kennedy to discuss the recommendations for programming and placement.
